Hominy Minestrone - Italian classic with a twist! A wonderful tomato broth with the “trinity” and mixed green, Ditalini pasta, kidney beans and hominy 


Oyster and Clam Chowder

Creole spicy tomato broth with diced white sweet potatoes, celery leeks shallots and roasted tomatoes

 

Chicken Yakamai - Soba noodles in a thick chicken broth topped with fresh diced tomatoes and onions 

Entrees

 

Rue D’Orleans Brandy Pasta - Cavatappi pasta in a creamy eau-de-vie sauce, the “Trinity (green and red bell peppers, celery and onions), saute mushrooms and Andouille sausage. 

Add in - Chicken, Crawfish and Shrimp or Everything 


Shrimp Etouffee - Plumb shrimp added to a savoy gravy. Served with Jaune Rice and one side.

Together with rice, the “Trinity” and other spices.

Burgers and Lettas

  

Original NOLA Muffuletta  - This is my favorite sandwich from NOLA. Italian meats, provolone and swiss cheeses. The spread will be the classic olive salad on the top and remoulade on the bottom of the sesame seed bun.

Served with one side.


VooDoo Chic - Chicken breast marinated in a “secret magic” mix.  Lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, thinly sliced red onions and remoulade on a sesame seed bun. Ask for fried or grilled chicken

Served with one side.


         


Killah-Dillah Salmon Burger - This salmon burger has saute trinity vegetables and house seasoned, topped with Po'Beaux citrus aioli and slaw. Served with one side.

Po'Beauls

Po'Beauls are bowls of authentic Louisiana ingredients. We named the bowls after the most favorite streets in New Orleans. 

 

Bourbon Street - Bourbon sauced chicken over Janue rice, and spicy greens.


Royal Street - Roast Duck breast with Raseberry Au Jus over Louisiana grits and saute spinach.


Canal Street - Alligator Sauce Piquante over fried brown rice and saute okra.


Carondelet Street - Fried pork loin, Spanish tomato sauce over Bomba rice and spinach, chard and cabbage.

Maque Choux - A delicious corn, tomatoes and okra  

seasoned with Cajun spices.

Mixed Greens - Seven different greens made the true Southern way, Ham hocks, andouille and all.  

 

Jaune (Yellow) Rice - House-made with trinity, roasted red bell peppers and green onions. 

 

Creole Ratatouille - This course stewed vegetables such as eggplants, okra, mirliton (squash), 

bell peppers.


Sweet Potato cuit au four - Baked and mashed with butter.


“Eat Your Veggies, Cher” Garden Salad  Add Shrimp, Chicken or Alligator Loin. Grilled or Fried.

Homemade Beignets

5 Beignets topped with honey and powdered sugar or a side of Coffee creme 

Pecan Praline Tiramisu

Italian dessert with a Nawlins twist. Lady fingers soaked on chicory coffee spike

With dark rum. Pecan studded mascarpone cream, dust with cocoa powder and a piece of housemade

praline. 

Banana Foster Bread Pudding

Bread and Banana custard baked, covered with Butter Rum sauce
